You will mainly report directly to the executive officer in charge of the business division and will strongly promote mid-career recruitment and solving organizational issues.

Specific work content

Recruitment planning work

  • Recruitment marketing (branding, owned media management, paid media and AD planning/operation, event planning, etc.)
  • Formulation of personnel plans (corporate planning, finance, annual plan formulation in collaboration with global/group companies, progress management, etc.)
  • Initial onboarding (measures to improve candidate experience, operational improvements in onboarding procedures, etc.)
  • Contract/budget management (contract management with agents and media, budget formulation/visualization, etc.)
  • Training for department selection officers (introducing knowledge sharing and interview training, etc.)

Recruiter work

  • For a specific department/job type, a series of operations from definition of recruitment requirements to population formation to document selection to interview to offer to closing.
  • Management of CVR in each recruitment process (understanding the current situation → identifying factors → considering options → replanning)
    Communication with progressors / agents / partner companies before and after each selection
  • Communication with executives and business managers (recruitment = the most important management issue, so communication is frequent)
  • Improvement and maintenance of recruitment operations

HRBP operations

  • Solving problems for people and organizations together with executives in charge of business departments
  • Leading departmental human resource development and organizational development measures
  • Formulation of personnel plans to realize departmental strategies
  • Promotion and improvement of various human resources operations
  • Experience in mid-career recruitment for business positions (2 years or more)
  • Experience in analyzing the current situation regarding recruitment, sorting out issues, and improving business operations (persons who can apply everything from quantitative, qualitative, and numerical analysis to planning and flow design)
  • Project management experience (must be able to execute plans involving multiple collaborators)
  • Experience in mid-career recruitment in the IT industry (2 years or more)
  • Recruitment PR experience
  • Hiring manager experience
  • Sales experience in the real estate industry
  • Able to engage in open communication involving the entire company
  • Those who have the leadership ability to meet deadlines for necessary initiatives and promote projects while involving multiple organizations and stakeholders.

Requirement Qualifications

JAVA Programming focuses on both the back-end and front-end applications. The program offers a wide variety of topics, such as: Fundamentals of programming, Java Core, algorithms, Spring and Hibernate Frameworks, Web Services and user-interface technologies, such as HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL and Documentations. Instructors are expected to deliver quality lessons, as well as lab work that follow academic standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information systems or equivalent related field

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience in Software development in JAVA

• One or more years of experience in Teaching (in the relevant field) preferred
